Unless noted on the description, you will always receive the EXACT plant pictured.

Pictures are unedited and depict the color of the plant to the best of my ability.

Before ordering please understand that due to a lack of light and water during shipping, plants lose coloration or shrink due to dehydration and hibernation periods. Plant immediately upon receipt in super well-draining gritty succulent mix, wait a few days before watering so plant can get acclimated to new home.

Despite my careful packaging clusters may separate during shipping. Please understand this is out of my control. Plants are shipped bare root, meaning roots are sparse and will need to be regrown.

If order is received before 1pm EST, I will ship the same day. Otherwise, orders will go out the next day.

Although these plants are marked as clearance, it doesn’t mean that the plants are not healthy.

We mark these plants as clearance because some of them may have etiolated, lost some leaves, or even some color due to them being in hibernation.

These are perfectly healthy plants just not the best looking currently. They will need some TLC to get them back to peak stress levels.

We also mark some plants as clearance to move our inventory to prepare for new plants coming into the garden.

Invoices paid before 1pm EST, will be shipped the same day.

We ship Monday-Friday.

If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, please contact us immediately. Our turn-around time is pretty high so let us know right away.

If orders hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel your order. But once your transaction has been marked as Completed, you will need to wait for the order to arrive before trying to reach us again.

Since payments are done thru Paypal, we process refunds right away.
