3️⃣Key Storylines
The Cavaliers will be trying to build on their historic run to start the season when they host the Hornets on Sunday. Cleveland currently sits at 14-0, and with a win will tie the Houston Rockets (1993-94) and Washington Capitols (1948-49) for the second-best start in NBA history. To stay undefeated though, they’re going to have to pick up a victory without Donovan Mitchell (rest), who will not suit up tonight.
James Harden tied Ray Allen on Friday for the second-most three-pointers made in NBA history with 2,973. Harden will have the opportunity to take sole possession of the No. 2 spot against the Jazz tonight.
Oklahoma City has stayed hot, winning three in a row since losing Chet Holmgren due to an iliac hip fracture, and are 11-2 on the season. They’ll be working to keep that streak alive when they host the defending Western Conference champion, Dallas Mavericks, who will be without Luka Dončić (knee).
