The LA Clippers aim for their fourth consecutive victory as they take on the struggling New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday at 8 PM ET on League Pass. The Pelicans, who have lost their last four games, are looking to turn things around after a recent stretch of wins.

Here are five things to know before tip-off:

1. James Harden turning back the clock: Harden has been in takeover mode for the Clippers since pouring in a season-high 50 points in a win over the Detroit Pistons on Mar. 5. In his last four outings, Harden has looked like his younger self while averaging 31.8 points, 5.5 rebounds and 9.5 assists across 39.0 minutes per night.

2. Ivica Zubac’s dominance: Zubac has been stellar this season, posting career highs in points (16.0), rebounds (12.5), assists (2.5), minutes (32.5) and double-doubles (42 in 62 games). The 7-footer from Croatia averaged 23.8 points, 12.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 38.6 minutes over his last four contests while recording a plus-15.5 plus-minus rating during that stretch. Zubac has ripped off eight straight double-doubles – the longest such streak of his nine-year career.

3. Bogdan Bogdanović in second unit: Bogdanović has been a solid pickup for LA, appearing in 12 games since being acquired from the Atlanta Hawks at the trade deadline. Bogdanović scored at least 11 points in seven of his last 10 outings, including a season-high-tying 23 points in the win over Detroit on Mar. 5. He has bolstered the second unit and is averaging 13.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.2 assists while shooting 42.3% from beyond the arc through five games in March.

4. CJ McCollum back in action: McCollum got the night off in the Pelicans’ narrow loss to Memphis on Sunday night, but he should be back in the starting lineup for Tuesday’s contest. McCollum is going through a bit of a slow stretch, averaging 15.6 points over his last eight games, but a visit from the Clippers could spark the 12-year veteran. In his last matchup with Los Angeles – a 116-113 loss for New Orleans – McCollum tossed up 33 points while going 8-of-14 from long range.

5. Zion Williamson ready to go: Williams has appeared in only 26 games in 2024-25, but he has been must-watch television when he’s on the court. In 10 games since the start of February, Williamson is averaging 24.7 points, 6.5 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.7 blocks – all while playing just 28.5 minutes per night. This stretch included his first career triple-double in a win over the Phoenix Suns on Feb. 27, as well as a 37-point outburst – in just 26 minutes – against the Los Angeles Lakers on Mar. 4.
